Equipment

  • Microwave Make sure it's set to high
  • 1 Brown bag

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Coconut oil Can be substituted with butter or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Popcorn kernels Opt for fresh kernels from a good brand
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Pour your popcorn kernels into the brown bag. make sure you only use enough to cover the bottom of the bag.

  • Add your salt to the bag
  • Drizzle your oil into the centre of the bag
  • Seal the bag by tightly folding it over at the top. fold twice
  • Place the bag in the microwave- upright if possible, otherwise on its side.
  • Microwave on high for 3,5 minutes or until the popping sounds slow down to 2 second intervals.
