Our diet and what (and how) we consume food is one of the biggest contributors to ill-health. The majority of the life-threatening conditions are caused or worsened by our food choices. Diabetes and heart diseases to name a few. It’s never too late to introduce healthy choices into your life.  You have nothing to lose, except maybe a few pounds 😉.
